The health and wellbeing of our colleagues is hugely important to us. We want to support and encourage everyone in our business to look after their own wellbeing, so they can be happy, healthy, and thrive in all aspects of life.
We recently launched a network of over 2,500 Wellbeing Champions who are brilliantly passionate colleagues, helping us to raise awareness of the Wellbeing benefits we have in place, talking to colleagues and signposting them to the right help should they need it. They also help us to bring to life our wellbeing activities throughout the year, such as the launch of Unmind across Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, ensuring we keep the importance of looking after ourselves front and centre in everyone’s mind.
